Who started this website? Who is the webmaster? Who is paying for its expenses? What is the purpose of this website?

This site was set up by several BC's for BC's.  There is no cost involved to anyone and anyone who wants to be a contributor need only ask.  As to the purpose it should be self evident as it grows.  This site is a reaction to BC concerns.

I don't like the idea of important action being taken behind my back. As a Legionaire I am almost ready to NOT renew my membership if part of my money will be used on the Sanger property.
