About Us

This site was put together by several people who felt it was about time to have a say in what is happening to our Department.  A Department, after all is made up of many Posts which of course are made up of many Blue Caps.  As with the 'Trees for the Forest' perhaps the Department is the Forest and the Trees the Blue Caps.  They forget that it takes a lot of trees to make a forest as it does Blue Caps to make a Department.  Does the Department see its self as the leading force is as if the forest were in charge of the trees!  So here we the Blue Caps may and can speak out.

The success, or failure of the site will rest solely upon the Blue Caps!  You!  If you share this site with other Blue Caps and get their input we will perhaps get the true feelings about the direction our Department has chosen to take us.  So speak up!  We will be here as long as you are here and want us!
