True going to Sanger is going to be very expensive. True Sanger is not San Francisco. True Dep't Cdr Janet led us down the trail to Sanger. False that Janet is the one to blame.
Remember: This move may have been shoved down our throats at convention. But a lot of people knew about it and it still got approved. Why anyone would want to move into an old Bank, at high costs, in very hot weather? The War Memorial Building is not only beautiful, it is big and really----really cheap ($500/month) Blue Caps let the motion to buy and move. Live with it.

Sitting here and Obie from $anger called in to the Rush Limbaugh show and guess what Rush asked Obie? “Where is $anger?!” Rush prides himself in knowing all of California from his many years living here!

I have been a California Legion member for 30 years and voiced my displeasure of this move from the outset.
From San Francisco to Sanger?? Seems we are downgrading!!
At one time I was very active and know from experience that more times than not that the District Commanders can easily be sold a bill of goods on something they know very little about. In my opinion this is more than likely the case on this move. How sad this is !!
