YOU ARE SICK

YOU ARE OUT TO DESTROY THE AMERICAN LEGION NOT SAVE IT.

YOU HAVE SO MUCH HATE< IT IS ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK IS RIGHT NOT ANYONE ELSE>

HOW MANY TIME DOES IT TAKE THE CONVENTION AND THE DEC TELL YOU THEY HAVE HAD ENOUGHT OF YOU.

WC Floyd

You, Mr. Martin, elude to representing me, my interests, as a Blue Cap. Well, you do not. And, you do not have my authorization to pretend that you do.

Last year the DEC spoke on this matter, the Sanger move. Folks had opportunity to dialogue... and many did. A proper vote was taken and a course of action was implemented. The overwhelming majority agreed to proceed with the move to Sanger. Now we have this unidentified group (you refuse to identify the officers of the BCP) who appear to be a disgruntled few who didn't get their way so now they sling personal attacks against Legionnaires and the Department. Talk about Conduct Unbecoming!

The actions of Messrs Martin and Lloyd, in my view, are very questionable. They appear to have a personal agenda rather than a true interest in promoting and developing the Department of California.

And, please tell me, what does the legal situation of the past mayor of Sanger have to do with the Department? Nothing! This is just more trash to clutter the topic, however, this is a tactic typical of self-centered activist groups hell-bent of bringing down people and organizations... it does not develop constructive actions to improve matters.

The actions of this unidentified group only serves to harm The American Legion and the Department of California.

BCP does not speak for me.

BC Don,
Obviously you do not understand or know the Operating Rules of the DEC (#7). If you do you should know that proper procedures have not been followed by our leaders to give us the proper information in the decision making process. It is quite obvious that our leaders do not want us BC’S to fully understand all of the cost and complications with the move to Sanger.  I choose to right the wrong that has been done to the BC’S and hold those accountable for their actions and to see that it does not happen again.

BC Martin

Gosh! Who could Floyd Martin be talking about? Janet Wilson? John Bart? A mystery. But, then, now that there will be a trial of the process by which Janet Wilson, John Bart -- and apparently, Floyd Martin -- led the Department of California HQ from the War Memorial Building in San Francisco ($500 per month) to the Janet Wilson Sanger Sinkhole Building at a cost of $5-7,000j per month, on an $850 "deal of a lifetime" that will ultimately cost Blue Cap Legionnaires over $1-million with interest. Here's a challenge: If JWSS Building is such a "deal of a lifetime," as Janet Wilson calls it, then put it back on the market, and occupy it as the HQ until somebody buys it for more than the $860,000 Janet Wilson obligated to pay for it. If Floyd thinks it was such a prudent deal, then let him, Janet Wilson, et al, pay for it.
